Our Funding Priorities
Making an impact and improving achievement for all students through these broad reaching district-wide initiatives.
Fostering innovative approaches to education, promoting excellence in education, and sparking student creativity and motivation through this annual classroom grant program.
Providing educators with the tools and resources needed to grow and excel in the ever changing world of academia. Supporting professional development opportunities for our district’s educators.
The 5,800 students in the Snoqualmie Valley Schools deserve to be provided with the tools and skills necessary to succeed through their school years and beyond. Community support for schools has a direct impact on the quality of this education. The foundation is dedicated to raising community support for schools and to funding meaningful and essential programs in our schools.
Since 2007 the foundation funded over $400,000 of educational programs that otherwise may not have been funded. Because of very low overhead 90% of the spending over these years has been for our three main programs: Classroom Grants, District-Wide Initiatives, and Professional Development .
